This Privacy Policy applies to applications developed and published by Kei / kei.kyoto (“we”, “our apps”).

We design our applications with a privacy-first philosophy. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information unless you explicitly choose to provide it. All media processing, including camera and video handling, is performed locally on your device.

All in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store.

• We do not receive or store payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID data.
• Purchase status is handled using Apple’s secure systems.
• Entitlements sync via your Apple ID.
• Refunds are managed through your Apple purchase history.

Our applications do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email address, contact details)
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Advertising identifiers or tracking technologies
• Location data
• Camera images or video recordings
• Device serial numbers or advertising identifiers
• Automatic crash reports or diagnostics

• All camera and video processing occurs locally on your device.
• No cloud-based media processing or storage is used.
• Camera frames are discarded immediately after processing.
• No camera or video data persists after you quit the app.
• Feedback submissions are transmitted securely using HTTPS.

PurposeCamera access is used to apply real-time color, tone, or visual adjustments for use in video calls, recording applications, or similar creative workflows.

ProcessingCamera frames are processed locally on your device using system-level and GPU-accelerated APIs.

StorageNo camera images or video recordings are saved by default.

TransmissionCamera data never leaves your device.

User ControlYou may revoke camera access at any time via: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera

Our applications may use the following services:

Cloudflare Workers: Secure transport for optional feedback submissions only (no analytics or tracking)

GitHub: Private storage for feedback reports

Apple App Store & StoreKit: In-app purchases and entitlement management

We do not use:

• Analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Cross-app or cross-site tracking technologies

Camera permission: Can be revoked at any time via system settings

Feedback submission: Fully optional

Data deletion: Feedback can be removed upon request by contacting us

Our applications are not directed toward children and do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 4.

Some applications may offer an optional “Send Feedback” feature.

When you submit feedback, the following data may be included:

• Feedback message (entered by you)
• App version
• Operating system version
• CPU architecture (e.g., Apple Silicon or Intel)

What we do not collect:

• Your name or email address (unless you voluntarily provide it for a reply)
• Camera images, video, or metadata
• Device serial numbers or unique identifiers

How feedback is handled:

Purpose: Improve app stability, usability, and features

Storage: Stored in a private issue tracking system accessible only to the developer

Access: Accessible only to the developer

Third-party services: Cloudflare Workers (secure HTTPS transit only), GitHub (private storage for feedback reports)

Retention: Feedback remains stored unless manually deleted upon request

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Any material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, communicated through app updates.
